In order to make better use of a prime property in beautiful downtown Flemington, this design involved tearing down existing buildings and replacing them with larger buildings that would blend better with the existing downtown area. The building design utilizes modern materials to conform with the design standards set forth by the Flemington Historic Preservation Commission.
